I had to write a review for this place immediately. I will be bringing all of our vehicles here from now on and will be recommending to friends in Denver. I've had mediocre experiences at past grease Monkey locations, but Andrew and his team were professional, courteous and beat competitor pricing. I decided on this store because it was close. Asked them if they checked filters, tires, and such and manager said he saw no need for any additional services yet. Saw one guy vacuumed out my car and even dumped some month old food wrappers my kids left in the car. Picked one and they went to work right away. Given a menu card for different oil change packages.

Was approached immediately as I drove up. Don't Go!īasic oil change with no extras. They are way over priced as it is, but fixing their screw ups will cost you more. Worst of all, they even screwed up the oil change so bad I found myself at a Garage in Nebraska 2 days later getting their screw up fixed. Then, turns out the "full service" was only an oil change, they didn't check any of my fluids or tire pressures. After i paid, i said, i guess the brakes looked good, they looked at me like a deer in headlights saying they didn't check them and that i'd have to wait another 2 hours before they could look at it. Went for a "full service oil change", they guys seemed really nice, asked them if they could give the brakes a check too because I was going on a road trip, they said absolutely, no problem, they'll get me taken care of and make sure I'm all good for the trip. Bottom line, go literally anywhere else than this dump. Dealer said the filter was installed improperly during last oil change. Within 2,000 miles, oil started leaking from oil filter. After leaving, “oil change needed” warning light not reset on dash. Besides charging $100 for an oil change, had to go across the street to buy an oil filter because they were out of oil filters. Brought my jeep here for its first oil change.
